REIWAG Facility Services GmbH was named “Leading Employer” Austria 2023 and is therefore in the TOP 1% of all employers.

The annual meta-analysis is the most comprehensive study on the subject of employer qualities. It is carried out independently of the order and is based on millions of freely accessible data.

With the focus on a holistic view, not only one source is examined - the award is based on the combination of sources, perspectives, assessments and takes into account elements such as ESG, diversity, innovation, satisfaction, well-being, family friendliness and much more.

REIWAG employs more than 3,300 people from more than 50 nations in 7 countries and looks after more than 7.1 million square meters every day.

Since education is the most effective means of improving the quality of life, both for those affected and for Austria, REIWAG has decided to create the “REIWAG Foundation”. All employees and also the children of employees who study at a university or technical college receive a one-off grant after examination.

The prerequisite is the presentation of confirmation of successfully completing the 1st phase of study at a university or the presentation of the 2nd semester at a university of applied sciences. Another criterion is a minimum employment of 1 year at REIWAG Facility Services. After completing their studies, there will be another award ceremony. The first graduates have already been ceremoniously congratulated.
