Estimator /Project manager

Your tasks:

• Independent implementation of project planning in the field of facility management
• contact person for related customer requirements
• property inspections for data collection and evaluation
• Carrying out project-specific calculations
• Development of innovative service concepts and customer presentations
• preparation and support of bidder discussions
• Development of own ideas & approaches for continuous improvement of offer management
• Support of the operational unit in various tasks, after awarding the contract

Our requirements:

• Technical (HTL/TU/FH) or commercial (HAS/HAK/Uni/FH) training
• Initial experience in facility management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs as well as good presentation skills
• Structured and analytical working methods as well as process-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, initiative, reliability, customer orientation and communication skills
• Organizational skills and an analytical understanding of numbers
• Professional appearance
