TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for a Technical Maintenance role to oversee, repair, and maintain the technical infrastructure of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical maintenance and be skilled in solving various technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and maintain technical systems, including HVAC, heating, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for complex repairs and installations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of technical equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external vendors.
