REIWAG Facility Service GmbH, known for its expertise in facility management and cleaning services, looks back on more than 100 years of history – and proudly at a unique leadership structure within its Czech subsidiary. At the top are three women: Lucie Rybová, Zuzana Mizerová, and Lucie Tušerová, who have been shaping the company for over two decades.
Lucie Rybová: From Chance to Leadership
Lucie Rybová joined REIWAG by coincidence in 1996 and is now authorized signatory in the Czech Republic. Her success is based on expertise and leadership: "Without the support of my colleagues and the management, I wouldn’t be where I am today."
Zuzana Mizerová: From Receptionist to Management
In 2024, Zuzana Mizerová celebrated her 25th anniversary with REIWAG. She started as a receptionist and later led the Czech branch through numerous challenges, including floods and the Covid-19 pandemic. The support of her family played a key role in her successful career path.
Lucie Tušerová: From the Erasmus Program to Success
Lucie Tušerová joined REIWAG in 2003 and now leads the finance department. Her career began at the company’s headquarters in Vienna, where she worked as an administrative assistant during her Erasmus studies. Her rapid development was made possible by the support she received from the company: "I had the opportunity to learn from the best."
These three women embody the values of REIWAG – humanity, team spirit, and long-term relationships. Company owner Viktor Wagner emphasizes: "To work with us, you need the REIWAG heart."
