The Prague-based joint-stock company KOMWAG – specialized in municipal street cleaning and waste collection – has achieved a record turnover in the past fiscal year. With revenues of CZK 354 million, the company reached the highest sales in its history.
KOMWAG is majority-owned by the Austrian REIWAG (56%), while the remaining shares are held by the City of Prague.
This successful result highlights the company’s strong position in the field of municipal services in the Czech Republic.
In addition to its economic success, KOMWAG has been recognized for its exceptional capital strength (see annex).
According to a recent analysis, KOMWAG ranks among the top 0.2% of all companies operating in the Czech Republic – a testament to its sustainable financial stability and solid corporate governance.
Operationally, KOMWAG is also well-equipped: the company’s fleet includes a total of 151 vehicles, consisting of 25 passenger cars, 85 trucks, and 41 service mechanisms such as street sweepers, trailers, tractors, and loaders.
