KOMWAG as – www.komwag.cz(founded by REIWAG – www.reiwag.com- and the City of Prague on 1 April 1996) is a joint-stock company in which REIWAG owns 56% of the shares.

Overall, it involved the construction of a collection yard, a parking and storage hall (size approx. 600m2) and facilities for parking vehicles on a plot of approx. 3,500 m2. The southern area was put into operation in July 2024. The investment amounted to approx. 2 million euros.
The total area of KOMWAG in the center of Prague now exceeds 7,000 m2 and is one of the most modern municipal companies in the Czech Republic. It includes 2 office buildings, garages and workshop facilities, a parking and storage hall, its own pumping station, a sewage treatment plant, solar thermal energy for hot water, and the use of rainwater. It also has its own e-charging stations.
In addition to this area, KOMWAG uses additional areas for the reloading, sorting and disposal of waste, totaling 21,000 m2.
